4 out of 5 stars Cheap feel, but works good!   November 16, 2009
It functions well but feels a little cheap. For basic game play it works good.

4 out of 5 stars Great basic controller   May 6, 2009
I bought this controller 3 years ago and it is still holding up. It may lack some features but it can be programmed to a variety of emulators/games. Great value.

4 out of 5 stars Better than using the keyboard   December 20, 2008
The D-pad feels a little stiff and the plastic is a bit cheap; obviously, it is a lower-priced alternative. But otherwise the joypad feels fine and responsive enough during gameplay.

You get eight action buttons, a select and start button, turbo, slow, and clear buttons. Once you plug the controller into the USB port, it's good to go.

Not the best but fills the need for those who choose not to use the keyboard for gaming but at the same time want a lower-priced alternative.

4 out of 5 stars This is the right controller   April 26, 2008
If you're looking for a plug and play PC controller for NES, SNES, Genesis or N64 mods, this is the one. The D-pad may not look pretty, but works quite well. It features a turbo button and a slow motion button as well as all the buttons and design that most modern gamers will be familiar with. Great if you wish to switch to playing a newer game on your PC.
My only gripe is...it's noisy! Clickity click and clickity clack, super annoying to anyone trying to sleep in the same room. It's seriously 10x louder than a playstation controller.
Other than that, super sweet buy.

5 out of 5 stars just what i wanted   February 21, 2008
this product seems to be just what it says and the price was right. i have tried out the controller and it works well and has the same feel of a ps1 controller. if you don't like the ps1 controllers than don't order it if you do this is a good buy.
